New App Transfers Contacts And More From BlackBerry to iPhone

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) October 11, 2011

BlackBerry to iPhone switchers can now transfer contacts, calendars, text messages, email messages and more with BerryMover, a new app.

The need for this app seems huge. In a 2011 United Sample survey, over 66% of Verizon-based BlackBerry users said they would switch to an iPhone when it became available. Therefore, the numbers are staggering.

"Until this app, these folks couldnt properly transfer contacts from BlackBerry to iPhone," Tim Goggin, Co-Owner Of PocketMac said. "They were stuck. But now, all you need is a recent BlackBerry backup, iTunes and BerryMover. And youre all set to transfer all your data."

BerryMover works by reading backup files. It then gives the user the option of choosing which data they want to import.

Goggin added, "Our 7 years working with the BlackBerry gives us the know-how to import this data and work with backup files. In fact, for many years, Research In Motion licensed our Mac-BlackBerry sync software."

Every copy of BerryMover comes with a complete video tutorial on how to import BlackBerry data to your iPhone. The app also includes the ability to import data from more than one backup file.

Goggin continued, "Our customers ask us every day how they can get data from their old device to their new iPhone. Its holding them back and costing them money. Some customers have told us they have that one crucial text message or those dozen emails they need salvaged."

BerryMover will import all of the following data:

(*) Contacts

(*) Calendar

(*) Tasks

(*) Notes

(*) Text Messages

(*) Email Messages

Goggin concluded, "BerryMover makes the switch from BlackBerry to iPhone painless. Now switchers can transfer all their data over."

BerryMover is available now on the iTunes App Store for just $ 9.99.

TMR Announces Release of Fan Cost Experience -- a New iPhone App for Sports Fans

Wilmette, IL (PRWEB) November 02, 2011

Team Marketing Report recently released the Fan Cost Experience, a brand-new iPhone application tailor-made for fans looking to get the best deals on beer, tickets, and food at sports events. Sports fans can also use the app to see how their team's prices compare to those around the country.

As one of the leading authorities on ticket prices for sports in North America, Team Marketing Report is uniquely qualified to put out such a product. Since 1991, Team Marketing Report has published the well-known Fan Cost Index (TM), a survey of pricing for the four major sports of North America. Now, with the Fan Cost Experience app, fans can report what theyre buying and how much theyre spending on tickets and concessions.

The Fan Cost Index measures the cost of a family of four to attend a sporting event. The FCI total consists of four tickets (using season ticket pricing), two beers, four soft drinks, four hot dogs, parking for one car, two programs and two hats. TMR recently released the Fan Cost Index for the 2011-12 NHL season, which is available at the Fan Cost Experience website.

TMR has historical FCI packages for sale on its website at fancostexperience.com. If you are interested in purchasing the FCI package, please contact Dan Bulla at dbulla(at)teammarketing(dot)com.

The FCI, and Team Marketing Report, gets major media attention from the Associated Press, CNBC, MarketWatch, the New York Times, and many other outlets. TMR executive editor Jon Greenberg has done countless interviews as a sports marketing expert.

The Fan Cost Experience was borne out of TMRs desire to see what fans are actually buying at games, and for how much.

The FCE app, which is available for 99 cents at the Apple Store, allows users to enter pricing for tickets, where they bought tickets (online, at the stadium, or through secondary markets), and where they are seated. Concession-wise, there are many options outside the normal FCI purview, including nachos, gluten-free foods, hamburgers, etc. Fans can report how much they spent on each item (as most parks have different pricing options) and where they purchased the item.

The pricing entries then go into a TMR-controlled database, which gives the user an idea on how their purchases relate to other ones in the stadium or arena. It also gives ever-evolving averages for the stadium or arena.

TMR hopes to use the data to compile written reports that compare static FCI data with Fan Cost Experience information taken over time.

The Most Entertaining Booth App for the iPhone Has Now Arrived

Anaheim, CA (PRWEB) October 26, 2011

New mobile app start up Analog Nest is proud to announce the release of its debut title Santa Booth, a charmingly hilarious face manipulation app for iPhone and iPod touch devices. The app is now available for download on iTunes for $ 0.99 along with a free version. Santa Booth realistically transforms one's face into 1 of 4 Christmas characters: Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, Elf, and a Reindeer. Side effects may increase cravings for milk and cookies.

Although each Christmas character transformation could have been made into an app of its own, we wanted to provide maximum value for Santa Booth by essentially making 4 booth apps in 1. Drew Ramsey, Co-Owner

Taking full advantage of face detection technology, Santa Booth manipulates one's facial features and adds additional elements to the face, producing an extremely authentic Christmas character transformation. For instance, by choosing Santa, Santa Booth will make one's face fat, nose round, put bags under the eyes, add rosy cheeks, and allows the option to add a beard, hair, eyebrows, Santa hat, and glasses. Santas other 3 friends use exclusive facial manipulations of their own.

"Too much fun! Seriously get ready to spend time making everyone in your house look like Santa and his elves! Amy Mayfield

Analog Nest is one of the most recent start ups for entrepreneur brothers Tyler and Drew Ramsey, who own a womens fashion brand (Idylle Clothing) that they have run for over 6 years. Although apps are a huge diversion from the fashion industry, the brothers are focused and determined to become one of the top mobile app publishers by bringing their unique design and marketing experience to the world of apps. Santa Booth is the first of many exciting game and entertainment apps in the works for Analog Nest.

Coming from a background in graphic design, our focus will always be in superior design and simplicity, and boiling fun down to its simplest form. Tyler Ramsey, Co-Owner.
